THE OPERATIONS GAP

When the community is moving, a black box is not enough.

A fixed script can send a request. A real operations tool should show what it saw, what it queued, which account sent it, why anything paused, and what happens next.

BEFORE

Scattered signals

  • × Guessing whether the log is current
  • × One queue hiding every decision
  • × Raw status codes without context
  • × Restarts to recover stale state

WITH VRCHAT AUTO INVITE

One operational picture

  • Live world, population, and sync health
  • Independent group and instance senders
  • Human-readable activity and cooldowns
  • Queue state that follows the room

BUILT FOR CLARITY

Everything important stays visible.

Focused community tooling instead of a sprawling general-purpose companion.

LIVE INSTANCE MONITOR

See the room change in real time.

VRChat Auto Invite follows VRChat’s own output log to keep the active world, access type, region, population, joins, leaves, and sync position in view.

TWO QUEUES, TWO SENDERS

Independent by design.

Group invitations use one readable FIFO, while newly-online friends receive ordered priority ahead of the initial online snapshot. Neither sender has a fixed application-defined daily invite ceiling. Ready lanes interleave for efficient throughput without batch blasting; each sender keeps an independent humanized cadence with Steady, Natural, and Relaxed tempos, optional safety breaks, visible results, and exact server-directed rate-limit recovery. A configured secondary group sender stays locked across failed restore and restart: group work waits through sign-out or an expired session rather than falling back to primary.

EXPLAINABLE ACTIVITY

No mystery states.

Queue decisions, skips, successes, failures, friend presence, room changes, and cooldowns land in one scrollable timeline with visible controls that never pull you away from older events.

CLEAR AUTOMATION STATUS

Outages cannot hide.

See queued work, sender readiness, and the next action alongside VRChat's official API status. During a confirmed API disruption, pending invitations stay queued until service recovers; repeated ambiguous results trigger an earlier sender-specific safety hold.

DETACHABLE OVERLAYS

Keep the signal above the game.

Pop out Players and Recent Activity into separate always-on-top windows, then tune opacity, placement, and size independently. Trust labels follow VRChat's legacy tag mapping and stay attached to the correct user ID.

FROM INSTALL TO SIGNAL

Operational in three clear steps.

01

Install once

Run the Windows installer, sign in, and let the built-in updater handle future verified packages.

02

Choose your workflow

Configure a group ID, enable only the sender you need, and keep their queues and cooldowns independent.

03

Watch every decision

Monitor the room and activity stream while the dashboard explains queued, skipped, sent, failed, and paused work.

PRIVACY WITHOUT FINE PRINT

Your operations stay on your PC.

The app is designed around local state, Windows-protected sessions, and diagnostics that deliberately exclude personal VRChat data.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions, handled.

The short version: native Windows app, no VRCX dependency, no hidden web server, and visible controls for every workflow.

Does VRChat Auto Invite modify the VRChat client?+

No. It runs as a separate Windows application and reads VRChat’s output log for instance awareness.

Does it require VRCX?+

No. VRChat Auto Invite is VRCX-independent and reads VRChat’s own output log directly.

What happens when VRChat rate-limits a sender?+

The affected sender enters its own cooldown, queued work is preserved, and server-provided Retry-After guidance takes priority. The other sender remains independently eligible.

What happens when VRChat goes down?+

The login screen, dashboard, and overlays show the official incident. Confirmed API disruptions hold pending invitations without clearing existing cooldowns, and the signed-out Settings panel keeps updater and status controls available.

Is there a fixed daily invite cap?+

No. VRChat Auto Invite does not stop either sender at an application-defined daily total. Requests remain metered, optional safety breaks remain available, and VRChat rate limits are always honored.

Can I see why someone was skipped?+

Yes. The activity timeline records duplicate handling, eligibility checks, queue decisions, API results, and room changes in readable language.

Is this an official VRChat product?+

No. VRChat Auto Invite is an independent community project by RealNumNums and is not affiliated with or endorsed by VRChat Inc.
